xkb: Fix missing characters for brazilian keyboard The Brazilian IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad keyboard layout is unique on the sense that has the key for slash and interrogation mark placed where usually the Right Control is. And because it was missing the mapping on the PrintableSubEntry for slash (/ - Solidus) for VKEY_RCONTROL, it caused no characters to be shown.
