[flako] Update to allow strict nest scope To sanely support concurrency, I need to make `api.step.nest` strictly scoped; i.e. once you leave the nest context it closes all the steps within that context. This changes flako to be compatible with this change. scripts/master/ or touching any master's
html/ directories, you must restart master.chromium.fyi first and ensure that it still works before restarting other masters.
