Create sub-panes for Applications Pane Adds sub-panes to the Manifest side pane in Applications when Manifest is detected. The sub-pane items will be subsections that exist in the Manifest view (Identity, Presentation, and Icons (TBA: Protocol Handlers)). When a sub-pane item is clicked, the view will scroll to that specific section in Manifest.
