[RPP] Add dialog for export trace options

This change consolidates 2 different menus in a dialog that contains 3
options to customize an exported performance trace: 1. Include
annotations 2. Include script content (Behind experiment flag) 3.
Include script source maps (Behind experiment flag)

Include annotations This option only shows up if annotations exists on
the trace. Replaces the previous option to whether or not include
existing annotation in the trace.

Include script content This option only shows up when the experiment
flag (Enable collecting enhanced traces) is on. Controls whether or not
script content will be included.

Include script source content This option only shows up when the
experiment flag (Enable collecting source text from compiled script) is
on, also this option will be disabled if the 'Include script content' is
not selected. Controls whether or not to include the script source
content (sourcemaps) in the exported trace.

Chrome DevTools frontend

npm package

The client-side of the Chrome DevTools, including all TypeScript & CSS to run the DevTools webapp.

Source code and documentation

The frontend is available on chromium.googlesource.com. Check out the Chromium DevTools documentation for instructions to set up, use, and maintain a DevTools front-end checkout, as well as design guidelines, and architectural documentation.

Source mirrors

DevTools frontend repository is mirrored on GitHub.

DevTools frontend is also available on NPM as the chrome-devtools-frontend package. It's not currently available via CJS or ES modules, so consuming this package in other tools may require some effort.

The version number of the npm package (e.g. 1.0.373466) refers to the Chromium commit position of latest frontend git commit. It's incremented with every Chromium commit, however the package is updated roughly daily.
