[tricium] disable tricium on CLs with "Tricium: no" in description The Tricium flag marks skipping of the changes. A poll step filters out changes with the flag set to disable|no|none|skip|false value. Tests still not getting picked up by test.py? Double-check to make sure you have init.py files in each directory of your module so Python recognizes it as a package.
