Clobber the stateful partition when flashing cros duts. Sometimes that partition can get corrupted and cause the flash to fail: https://luci-milo.appspot.com/swarming/task/426793f6ef033710 This should fix that. Tests still not getting picked up by test.py? Double-check to make sure you have init.py files in each directory of your module so Python recognizes it as a package.
