Some build fixes:

* Work around warnings with newer GCC on non-x86
* Fix builds with musl libc

One functional fix:

* Fix 100 series PCH (Skylake)

internal: Fix #if guards for big-endian mips

Newer GCC still warns on big-endian mips, cf. 60210de
(internal: Fix warnings about unused constants).
