[cas] Unembed cas.Client.ClientConfig.

Currently cas.Client struct embeds ClientConfig struct.
As a result, IDE autocompletion for cas.Client suggests lots
of low-level not-that-interesting fields, so Upload() is buried
among them.

Unembed the ClientConfig struct.
