  "message": "Fix -Wdeprecated-declarations warning triggered by clang-cl. (#1245)\n\nWebRTC uses Google Benchmarks as a dependency and uses Chromium\u0027s build\r\ninfrastructure. Chromium is compiled using clang-cl on Windows, and the\r\n-Wdeprecated-declarations warning is triggered.
