Contributions to the source code repository are subject to the terms of the 3-Clause BSD License. Contributions will also be exported to web-platform-tests under the same license, and under the terms of its CONTRIBUTING.md.
If you are not the sole contributor to a contribution (pull request), please identify all contributors in the pull request comment.
