  "message": "[acorn-opt] Add inlineConstants pass to inline primitive JS constants\n\nInlines immutable primitive constants (numbers, booleans, and bigints)\ndefined via `const` into their expression uses in\n`tools/acorn-optimizer.mjs`.\n\nWhen combined with `JSDCE`, this allows constants defined in JS library\ncode (such as pthread/worker message command IDs and socket states) to\nbe inlined and their declarations eliminated in builds that do not run\nClosure Compiler.\n\nAlso add unit tests in `test/test_other.py`.\n",
