[ProfCheck] Update XFail List After Fixing #162966
We can pull out two tests that were failing in the external shell but do
not fail with the internal shell. We have to keep the LoopSimplifyCFG
test as it fails on a ProfCheck assertion, which is expected.
Fully fixes #162966.
