Remove _t alias from pyo3 trampoline shim expansion

Restores the stock fully-qualified paths in get_trampoline_function!;
the alias was not a pre-existing convention and saved only ~30 expanded
lines crate-wide (67,069 vs 67,038). Regenerates both patch files and
updates the report numbers.
