-Implemented fixes for sections at unaligned raw offsets. As pointed out by Ange Albertini if those offsets are smaller than the FileAlignment they are rounded to 0 by the Windows loader. pefile now emulates such behavior -Miscellaneous other fixes and tweaks git-svn-id: http://pefile.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@88 8842bc4e-7134-0410-8230-5dc5194fb5c1
