Allow new gatekeeper accounts to use chromium-build mailer They're moving from buildbot to LUCI, and using new luci-auth ambient tokens, which means they have new service accounts. This mailer app is terrible, but as long as it exists, they should be whitelisted. Tests still not getting picked up by test.py? Double-check to make sure you have init.py files in each directory of your module so Python recognizes it as a package.
