Roll infradata/config from 2006ba48ec89 to abf9d245ccdd

If this roll has caused a breakage, revert this CL and stop the roller
using the controls here:

infra_superproject.git repository

This is the root superproject repo for Chrome Infra used to manage dependencies for the project.

This repo should only contain documentation and dependency management files like .gitmodules or DEPS.

Check out General Chrome Infrastructure documentation for instructions on how to checkout this repo and the rest of the infrastructure code.
