[buildbucket] Remove status reasons Remove CancelReason.message and InfraFailureReason.message because we already have Build.summary_markdown, which can work for any status. Replace CancelBuildRequest.reason with summary_markdown. Note that CancelBulid RPC is not implemented yet, so no breaking change. Also replace "human-oriented" with "human-readable" in comments. LUCI Go code is meant to be worked on from an Chromium infra.git checkout, which enforces packages versions and Go toolchain version. First get fetch via depot_tools.git then run:
fetch infra cd infra/go eval `./env.py` cd src/go.chromium.org/luci
Contributing uses the same flow as Chromium contributions.
