Revert "[filesystem] Fix a test broken by go 1.21.4 upgrade."

This reverts commit 80e8d424d11319b32b36958033b2a2feb29f7362.

Reason for revert: the test was broken by a bug in Go which
was fixed in 1.21.5.

luci-go: LUCI services and tools in Go

Installing

LUCI Go code is meant to be worked on from an Chromium infra.git checkout, which enforces packages versions and Go toolchain version. First get fetch via depot_tools.git then run:

fetch infra
cd infra/go
eval `./env.py`
cd src/go.chromium.org/luci

It is now possible to directly install tools with go install:
