Use a NaCl-specific dynamic linker name This affects the PT_INTERP strings embedded in binaries. This has no immediate effect on how we are currently doing things in NaCl. But it establishes unique NaCl-specific names that we can use to enable NaCl-on-Linux hacks for developers.
