[map] Make field representation updates work with elements kind transitions. Generalize the existing work-around in the method `Map::GeneralizeIfCanHaveTransitionableFastElementsKind()` to also go to the most general field representation (in addition to going to the most field type) for objects with transitionable fast elements kinds. That means that we essentially disable field representation tracking for arrays, arguments objects and value wrappers (for which the field type tracking is already disabled). Drive-by-fix: Remove the `constness` parameter to the above mentioned helper method. And fix the printing of the descriptor expectations to properly print the field type. Checkout depot tools, and run
fetch v8
This will checkout V8 into the directory v8 and fetch all of its dependencies. To stay up to date, run
git pull origin
gclient sync
For fetching all branches, add the following into your remote configuration in .git/config:
fetch = +refs/branch-heads/*:refs/remotes/branch-heads/*
fetch = +refs/tags/*:refs/tags/*
