Reland "[heap] Set read-only space's and its pages' heap_ to null."

Seems like the CodeBuilder CL actually caused this.

This is a reland of 964edc251fce2dfa81b3ba695009195e3f336d3e

Original change's description:

> Various small changes are required to enable this.

> HeapObject::GetReadOnlyRoots no longer uses the Space's heap when
> possible (see comment in ReadOnlyHeap::GetReadOnlyRoots definition).
> This requires that ReadOnlyRoots be construct-able using a raw pointer

This will checkout V8 into the directory v8 and fetch all of its dependencies. To stay up to date, run

    git pull origin
    gclient sync

For fetching all branches, add the following into your remote configuration in .git/config:

    fetch = +refs/branch-heads/*:refs/remotes/branch-heads/*
    fetch = +refs/tags/*:refs/tags/*
