Handle dual-arch Mac bots in scripts/build.py and add run_wpr.py

For some mac bots, the orchestration is done in an arm machine but the
actual tests are run on an intel machine. Before this CL, DEPS would
choose an arm go compiler for such bots, which is the wrong choice.

The solution is to pull both architectures on mac and decide which one
to use at runtime (not `gclient sync` time).

The CL also introduces a run_wpr.py script which is a drop-in
replacement for any code that relied on prebuilt binaries.
Support full file JS formatting and apply it to deterministic.js

The goal is to support `git cl format --full --js deterministic.js`.
--full causes the command to format the entire file, not only the lines
changed by the current CL. This is useful for one-off instances, it
shouldn't be used most of the time.

There are various ingredients at play:

1) An unsolved issue: currently, the command only takes effect if the
file was already modified. This is an issue in a different layer (most
likely third_party/clang-format/script) and deserves separate
investigation and fixing.

2) After making artificial changes to deterministic.js to account for
(1), the command still fails with:
```
Problem while looking for clang-format in Chromium source tree:
File does not exist in either path: [
  '.../buildtools/linux64-format/clang-format',
  '.../buildtools/linux64/format/clang-format',
  '.../buildtools/linux64/clang-format'
]
```

This CL fixes that issue by adding the GCS deps from [1]. The original
buildtools/ dependency apparently becomes redundant, so it is removed.
Note that `gclient sync -D` is not smart enough to delete the leftover
files - because the outer directory was kept - so I rm-ed the entire
directory manually and ran `gclient sync`.

3) At this point, the command works but reformats replacement constants
like `{{WPR_TIME_SEED_TIMESTAMP}}` into `{{ WPR_TIME_SEED_TIMESTAMP }}`,
which does not match the corresponding go code. One option would be to
disable formatting for those specific deterministic.js lines with
`clang-format off` and `clang-format on` comments. Instead, I opted for
removing the braces everywhere. The code keeps handling the braces
version too for backwards compatibility.

[1] https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:DEPS;l=715-770;drc=96c536897c703e01b2d89b97182d057f9eb6d322

Change-Id: Ibb0ef846ffb02802406c0acaa0a7eda6df43620b
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/webpagereplay/+/7720623
Reviewed-by: Elad Alon <eladalon@chromium.org>

Fix httparchive edit truncating responses

When using `httparchive edit --decode_response_body`, the response body
could be truncated or fail to parse if the user edited the body and
changed its length. This was because `http.ReadResponse` used the stale
`Content-Length` header written to the temporary file to read the body.

If the new body was shorter, reading would fail with an unexpected EOF
when later trying to compress the response. Additionally, the
`Content-Length` header was not being updated in `resp.Header` after
editing/recompressing, causing playback issues later.

This CL fixes this by directly reading the remaining actual bytes from
the temporary file, ignoring the stale `Content-Length` header, and
ensuring both `resp.ContentLength` and the `Content-Length` header are
updated properly.

Change-Id: I2babb6ad9380b23107bb46a2ae6e15a7bd7231c2
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/webpagereplay/+/7698219
Reviewed-by: Mikhail Khokhlov <khokhlov@google.com>
"

This ensures that archives are self-contained and can
be replayed accurately on different machines without requiring the
original script files to be present on the local disk.

Key Changes:
* Persistence: Introduced an InjectedScript struct (Name/Contents) and
  added an InjectedScripts slice to the Archive struct to preserve
  script data.
* Recording: During recording, scripts specified via --inject_scripts
  are read from disk, stored in the archive, and applied to responses.
  Metadata such as the deterministic time seed and constant random
  result are also persisted.
* Replay Logic:
  * Archive-First: By default, the replay server now uses scripts
    stored in the archive to ensure consistency with the original
    recording.
  * Explicit Overrides: If the user explicitly provides the
    --inject_scripts flag during replay, WPR overrides the archive
    and loads the specified files from disk.
  * Legacy Fallback: Maintained a fallback for older archives
    (lacking stored scripts) to continue loading from disk as before.

Note that this CL also fixes a pre-existing theoretical issue, where
replacements were performed on all injected scripts, although they
were intended only for deterministic.js.

AI Tools acknowledgement:
Gemini CLI helped produce this CL and its description.

Change-Id: Iafd49075790364e6f05fe4a6e0a40cf3dc46b134
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/webpagereplay/+/7666181
Reviewed-by: Victor Vianna <victorvianna@google.com>

Move away from `var` in deterministic.js

`var` is obsolete, replaced by `let` and `const`. In this CL, Gemini is
used to modernise the code (supervised by the human author of the CL).

To quote Gemini on why this replacement is safe:

1. Existing ES6+ Usage: The file already utilizes modern JavaScript
   features, including const, arrow functions (=>), and the class
   keyword (e.g., class MockConnection extends EventTarget). This
   confirms that the execution environment (the browser where this
   script is injected) is already expected to support ES6+.
2. Scope Integrity: All var declarations are contained within IIFEs
   (Immediately Invoked Function Expressions) or within specific
   functions (like crypto.getRandomValues or getTimezoneOffset). Because
   they are all declared at the top of their respective function scopes,
   changing them to block-scoped let or const will not change their
   visibility or lifecycle.
3. No Hoisting or Redeclaration Reliance:
   * None of the variables are used before they are declared in their
     respective scopes.
   * There are no instances of variable redeclaration (e.g.,
     var x; ... var x;) which var allows but let/const would forbid.
4. Loop Safety: The single for loop (for (var i = 0; ... )) does not
   contain any closures that would be affected by the difference
   between function-scoping and block-scoping. Changing it to let i is
   safe and more idiomatic.
5. Template Placeholders: The placeholder {{WPR_TIME_SEED_TIMESTAMP}}
   is used in a simple string-replacement context by the Web Page
   Replay backend. Modernizing the declaration to let or const will
   not interfere with this substitution.

Change-Id: I51f822e09b8132c46734c1b52f337ba5ea568ba0
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/webpagereplay/+/7661266
Reviewed-by: Victor Vianna <victorvianna@google.com>
"

I dumped the certificate contents in
https://crbug.com/372457479#comment22 so it's easier to visualize the
changes.
* Turn these into actual Certificate Authorities, otherwise they cannot
  be installed on iOS.
* Increase their expiration date from 2026 (imminent) to 2035.

2) Changes to the leaf certificates generated for each website on
runtime via MintDummyCertificate().
* Sign them with the root certificates. Before this CL, the leaf
  certificates were self-signed because the `template` and `root`
  arguments were the same [1][2].
* Reduce their validity to one year from the request time, since iOS
  doesn't like certificates that are valid for too long [3].
* (No-op, only about code complexity) Remove the explicit serial number
  value, since the default already works [2].

Note A: wpr_public_hash.txt (the values to be passed to
--ignore-certificate-errors-spki in Chrome) doesn't need to be updated
because wpr_key.pem and ecdsa_key.pem were left unchanged, the new
certificates were generated from these existing keys.

Note B: Changing the keys would be a bad idea. Existing archives might
contain certificates generated with the current keys [4]. Trying to
serve the content with those certificates + new keys [5] causes TLS
errors.

[1] https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/webpagereplay/src/webpagereplay/certs.go;l=73;drc=d0f793f704519120955d5415f960f78e6960c66f
[2] https://pkg.go.dev/crypto/x509#CreateCertificate
[3] https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102028
[4] https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/webpagereplay/src/webpagereplay/certs.go;l=213;drc=d0f793f704519120955d5415f960f78e6960c66f
[5] https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/webpagereplay/src/webpagereplay/certs.go;l=236;drc=d0f793f704519120955d5415f960f78e6960c66f

Bug: 372457479
Change-Id: Ie42c5aee1cf955ce85e15c23c7db1d99a11bbae4
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/webpagereplay/+/7062795
Reviewed-by: Mikhail Khokhlov <khokhlov@google.com>
"
