Update libgit2 version from 0.20.0 to 0.21.1

It seems that couple of our patches are now upstream.

Also, set EXECUTABLES= in the build.sh file so the test
binary gets validated and translated.

Also, fix compiler warnings (mostly adding ll to
integer constants).
