Update the documentation of the architecture of keyed services

* I expect the minimal example should override. We don’t have virtual
method in actual factories
* BuildServiceInstanceForBrowserContext should replace
BuildServiceInstanceFor, at least in this class
* BrowserContextKeyedService does not seems to be an existing class
today

Source code for www.chromium.org

This Git repo contains the source content for www.chromium.org.

The website is implemented by serving static content (mostly Markdown files) that is translated / built ahead of time into HTML using the Eleventy static site generator (which is written in Node/JS) and deployed onto Firebase Cloud Hosting.
