Look up correct resources in the stub WebView.
When using the stub, the Java resources are actually in the donor
package, not the stub package. We need to look up the package ID for the
donor package when rewriting the R class, otherwise all the resource IDs
will be invalid as they'll be searched for in the stub APK.
