Firmware verification for Marvell 8897 version 15.68.4.p106.

Changes since p103

1.      Added LED behavior for glimmer
2.      Changed internal statistic collection from every 16 packets to 64 packets; this helps improve TCP TX/RX throughput.
3.      iot fixes added
