[Touchless] Adjust layout to handle large title and timestamp

Adjusting layout to better handle when the title/timestamp are larger
than the available space.
- Title will allow timestamp as much space as it can while still
showing something.
- Timestamp will try to expand to fit the width, but will fall back
to ellipses when it can't fit. Before it would truncate to the next
line.
