Add more info to windows/views in native ui devtools

I added the following additional information for Views:
- if View is drawn
- if View has a layer
- layer type
- if layer has a mask

I added the following additional information for Windows:
- Window's occlusion state
- If Window has a surface
- If Window has a capture
- If window is activatable
