[GCPW] Add "Forgot Password" button.

- A user is now allowed to bypass entering their old password when
updating their windows password if they forgot their old password.
- The user's password will be forcefully reset once they confirm
they wish to reset their password. This will cause them to lose
all their encrypted data.
