Disable failing perf tests in blink_perf.events

Disable following tests on Nexus5X_Webview:
* blink_perf.events/EventsDispatchingInDeeplyNestedV0ShadowTrees.html
* blink_perf.events/EventsDispatchingInDeeplyNestedV1ShadowTrees.html
* blink_perf.events/EventsDispatchingInV0ShadowTrees.html
* blink_perf.events/EventsDispatchingInV1ShadowTrees.html

These tests were enabled by https://crrev.com/677277 on Nexus5X_Webview
and Pixel_2. They are working now on Pixel_2, but still failing on
Nexus5X_Webview.
