[Mac] Temporarily disable AdAuctionServiceImplTest(s) that timeout

Disables three unittests for AdAuctionServiceImpl that hang on Mac
in the first call to task_environment()->FastForwardBy(...) in the
each test.

Once this issue is fixed, re-enable on Mac, confirming that the
tests pass as expected on macOS 26 prior to re-enabling.
