viz: test: Allow multiple quads to share SQS in CompositorFrameBuilder This CL adds functionality to CompositorFrameBuilder to construct render passes with multiple quads sharing a SharedQuadState. This is done by: - extract out the functionality that adds quads and owns the render pass to a base type - make RenderPassBuilder inherit from this base type - add QuadListBuilder, similar to RenderPassBuilder, but just allows adding quads - add RenderPassBuilder::WithSharedQuadState(QuadListBuilder), which copies the quads from the list and overrides their SQS. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
