Revert "Report JS errors in ios/web/text_fragments"

This reverts commit fe07df67450b6a9ce730b3fc621e04871d3aef2b.

Reason for revert: crrev.com/c/5861673 will be used to automatically
wrap all gCrWeb functions instead of having to do it manually as was
done in this CL.

Original change's description:
> Report JS errors in ios/web/text_fragments
>
> This CL wraps top level JavaScript functions called by the native app
> (as well as event listeners) in `catchAndReportErrors`. This helper
> function catches any thrown errors to prevent them from polluting the
> webpage and reports these errors.
>
> This CL was uploaded by git cl split.

Logo Chromium

Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.

The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.

To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
