Remove GDI text support A previous change "win7dep: Remove win7/8 code from ui/*" [0] removed most of the old Windows 7 support code and the comments about how this code existed to support very old versions of Windows 7. In addition it is now possible to remove this last fallback to GDI. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
