Remove crashing WebGL conformance tests Removes webgl2_conformance_tests and webgl2_conformance_gl_passthrough_tests from Linux FYI Experimental Release (Intel HD 630), as the experimental driver has a bug in it that causes these tests to kill the host machine when run.
