Update auto-directionality of slot ancestors when shadow host changes directionality. A <slot> element influences the auto directionality of its ancestors by acting like text with its shadow host's directionality. Thus, when the shadow host's directionality changes, we need to update the auto directionality of such ancestors. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
