Fix a redundant test case in EnrichKeyDataCommonErrors

Calling EVP_PKEY_set_type(EVP_PKEY_NONE) does not actually do anything
useful. It resets the key back to the empty state (same as
EVP_PKEY_new()) and then fails because it can't find an algorithm named
EVP_PKEY_NONE.

Instead, a more useful test would be to test a legitimate key with a bad
type. Test that instead.
