Prevent showing AW hyperlink context menu for image & video links We currently don't have good support and appropriate contextual action items for image and video hyperlinks. I have added [testDismissContextMenuOnOutsideTap] for test coverage. This CL also adds a more robust way to test if the context menu was displayed or attempted to be displayed and updated tests in ContextMenuTest. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
