Enable Site Info on internal pages.

Remove code that prevents Site Info from being displayed on internal
pages (chrome://flags etc). Add current URL to the page info model's
section title for internal URLs.

menu. Show Site Info should be enabled. The Site Info popup should show
current URL and say "You're viewing a secure Chromium page".

Test: Navigate to chrome://flags or chrome://version. Click on tools
