[iOS] Add -k option to iossim to decide when to kill the Simulator app It does not seem necessary to kill the Simulator in all scenarios, so add the option to allow to skip this to save time when it makes sense. This does not change default behavior. Also makes use of the new option when running web tests, instead of implementing extra logic in iossim, and refactor the call to PrepareWebTests() to make it consistent with the other similar calls and avoid the early exit(). Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
