[Read Anything] Remove throw in link click handler. It is possible for the currentTarget to not match the target in a link click so we should not throw errors in this case. For example, if there is a heading node inside of a link node, the target will be the heading node but the current target will be the link node. We should still perform the click operation in this case. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
