This suite runs tests with: --enable-blink-features=HighlightOverlayPainting

When debugging tests locally, results will only match TestExpectations if you also enable the related features with one of the following:

--enable-blink-features=CSSSpellingGrammarErrors,HighlightAPI
--enable-blink-test-features
--run-web-tests
