IDB: Add perf test to model read operations of a typical mail client The intention is to perform read operations including cursors, getAll() and batch get() in ways that mimic a real-world mail client. The average runtime of this test on a Chromium release build on Windows is 64ms. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
