Queue model execution requests on Optimization Guide session Currently, multiple executions are not supported such that subsequent execution would cancel the previously in-flight execution. To get around this issue, calls to `ExecuteModel()` will be queued. A wrapper class for Optimization Guide session is created to handle queueing logic. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
