strip_binary: wait subprocess strip_binary.py spwans eu-strip binary by subproess.Popen, but it doesn't wait for the termination, so at the termination of strip_binary.py, eu-strip only emits intermediate files. make sure eu-strip finished when strip_binary.py finishes. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
