Revert "[Extensions] Fix Style Origin for extension-injected stylesheets"

This reverts commit e2c4d3aa6deb39e337e4c17d460447e639f99a88.

Reason for revert: Speculative revert as this might be causing consistent
ExtensionsMenuViewBrowserTest.PinningDisabledInIncognito test failures.

Will reland if the revert does not fix the bot.
