Android: Fix elider for non-http intent schemes Intents can have a simple path component as their root path component which may not be a valid domain name. This CL ensures that we match on these intents as well. Also refactor the various regex strings to be more readable. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
