[SafeBrowsing] Update SafeBrowsingUI import statements

There has been an effort to componentize the SafeBrowsing WebUI files so
they can be used across platforms. In that effort, the
WebUIInfoSingleton file has be migrated to its own file. There are
numerous files within the Desktop and Android codebase that rely on the
WebUIInfoSingleton class. However, these files were mistakenly importing
the safe_browsing_ui.h for this dependency.

A future CL will remove the SafeBrowsingUIHandler class from the
SafeBrowsingUI class. When this happens the WebUIInfoSingleton class
will no longer be imported into SafeBrowsingUI. As a result, these
Desktop and Android file's reliance on importing WebUIInfoSinglegton
through the SafeBrowsingUI will be broken.

This CL amends the incorrect import statements by replacing the
importation of safe_browsing_ui.h with web_ui_info_singleton.h

Logo Chromium

Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.

The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.

To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
