[Fuchsia] Simplify ScenicScreen and FlatlandScreen In the past ScenicScreen was creating one display instance per window. That was necessary because device pixel scale wasn't always the same for all windows. That's no longer the case after crrev.com/889040, so the class can be simplified: the same display can be shared between all windows. The same applies to FlatlandScreen. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
