Unified side panel: Fix bug where read later entry isn't loaded. Trigger showui call immediately for the read later page in the unified side panel since the unified side panel doesn't use the side_panel/app.ts file where this was called before. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
